This policy covers the public support and account-help path for Structura and Structura Mobile. Protected project data and operator records are handled only inside active workspace contexts.

Account and support data

  • name, assigned account identifier, and role information used to resolve access issues
  • support messages, account-help requests, and related contact details
  • device or app context needed to diagnose Structura Mobile support issues
  • documentation artifacts, signatures, or related records tied to an active project workflow when support review is required

Why the data is used

Operational support only

  • to verify identity and route support requests to the correct operator or project context
  • to maintain secure access to the protected workspace
  • to resolve support, correction, and account-deletion requests
  • to preserve project documentation and compliance records where retention is required

Storage and sharing

Protected project records are not a public directory.

Structura is a documentation and reporting service. Project records may be stored in secure workspace systems, local operator environments, or hosted delivery services used to support documentation, review, and turnover.

Structura does not use this public support path as a public social profile or contact directory. Data may be retained where needed for project history, document integrity, payroll or safety support, legal compliance, or client handoff records.
