How to request account removal, correction, or data access for Structura Mobile.

Structura Mobile uses managed operator accounts. This page is the public account-help path for deletion, correction, or data-access requests tied to those accounts.

Start the request

Use the in-app account controls if available, or email support directly. If you are part of an active operator workspace, you may also work through the secure portal path tied to that project.

Include enough detail to identify the account

  • full name
  • assigned account, username, or employee identifier
  • project or company affiliation
  • whether the request is deletion, deactivation, correction, or data access

Review and completion

Some records may need to be retained for project documentation, payroll support, safety review, legal compliance, or turnover-history integrity even after access is disabled. If your request is for correction or access rather than deletion, note that clearly in the message.
